Layton; Chamberlain Bros. International
Film Festival; and The Meow Mix House,

Kambri Crews, founder and president, has extensive
experience in event planning and hosting major publicity
events.
Currently,
Kambri is the comedy booker for the 92Y Tribeca
and she recently began re-vamping the Lower East Side
space Luca Lounge with Carol
Hartsell, comedy editor of the Huffington
Post. She is a co-producer of the ECNY
Awards and produces dozens of shows each
year featuring comedians and writers from The
Onion, The Daily Show, Saturday Night Live, you
name it.
During
her four years as Executive Director of Marketing
and PR for the comedy nightclub Comix,
she developed the brand and slogan “Life’s Tough.
Laugh More.” She coordinated press campaigns for headlining
comedians and events including Jennifer Coolidge,
Richard Lewis, Robert Wuhl, Craig Ferguson, Janeane
Garofalo, Roseanne Barr, Mandy Moore, and
Barbara Walters.
Additionally,
sShe wrote, developed and produced television commercials,
a series of print ads which appeared in New York City
subways, and guerilla marketing strategies. In 2007,
Kambri created Ochi’s Lounge, a 50
seat performance space in the club's lower level that
featured a variety of alternative comedy shows.
As
founder of Tex in the City, she organized
and managed a book launch party for Texas Governor
Ann Richards, an off-Broadway cabaret featuring
Andra Mitrovich (Love, Janis), and promotional
events for the Broadway productions of Urinetown
the Musical and 42nd Street.
As
a party promoter, Kambri has hosted parties for Jose
Cuervo contest winners on the private island,
Marina Cay, located in the British
Virgin Islands. She toured the United States working
at professional sporting events including Major
League Baseball and NHRA/NASCAR Winston Cup
Series and exclusive engagements for various companies
such as Jose Cuervo, Camel, Stolichanaya, Pepsi,
Winston, Kellogg's and more. Kambri has also collaborated
with radio and television stations across the country
in conjunction with fundraisers and promotional events.

Dutton Publishing, Serena, Serena Bass Catering, Rumpleminz,
Camel, Lipton, Tom Kaufman Productions, Kahn's
